• Ensuring that any Managed Antivirus (as long as it is a managed suite) is up to date.
• Server virus checks.
• Email Server and Queue Health. / Other server health checks on a weekly basis.
• Monthly Site visits to service end user problems as a second level support
• Alternatively, (during on-site visits) Provide Training for your onsite in-house IT resident expert.
• Monitoring of any internet domain expiry dates and assistance in actioning them.
• Any requests for research and development and quotation preparation and procurement planning of new hardware (workstations/software/servers/other hardware).

Hannan I.T. can provide Remote Support services, however before selecting to use this support method two main factors are taken into consideration:

• The stability of the current infrastructure and the type of issues being raised.
• The level of expertise existing in-house. Where our clients have an IT in-house resource that can be trained by us to do simpler IT tasks, we can significantly increase the level of remote support.

Barring total power failures or total hardware failures, we can, in most cases, use remote services to fix operating system software related issues in Microsoft based Servers and Workstation Client PC's.

Hannan I.T. has access, knowledge and skills in a number of 3rd Party Commercial Management tools that integrate the following functions into one suite:

• Server/Workstation health reporting. ( Disk / CPU utilisation / Load / Patch levels )
• Patch Management (Microsoft Security hot fixes).

• At the medium business end, we would employ Kaseya IT automation Software.
• For the Small Business Owner wishing to keep costs down, we will use freeware tools or tools already included within Microsoft XP and Server O/S's such as:
